Sadie is kind, passionate and competitive. Her coaches and teammates describe her as a tenacious, focused, dynamic player. Her team-first mentality and commitment to the rink every day make her a great teammate, and her level of competition is contagious.
Sadie draws inspiration from her entire family. The level of support and dedication that they have provided to her on her hockey journey is unmatched. Integrity is a word that has been preached to Sadie for as long as she can remember, and this inspires her to be the best version of herself in everything she does.
When Sadie is not at the rink, she loves working out, golfing and spending time with her friends and family.
Playing Junior hockey has been a goal of Sadie’s from day one. Playing for the Lightning and Coach Dave Gwyn, who both have a storied history of success at the elite level, is an honour. Sadie is eager and motivated to play alongside her high-level and like-minded teammates. “Work hard in silence; let your success be the noise”!
