27 Jessie Pellerin

Jessie’s hometown is Bowmanville, Ontario. She started playing hockey in Clarington when she was four years old. Her favourite part of hockey is the wondrous experiences she has had throughout the years and making new friends and memories. She is described as athletic, outgoing and friendly. Her coaches and teammates say she is a team player with a positive, energetic and aggressive personality.

Jessie takes her inspiration from players like Sydney Crosby and Hayley Wickenheiser. She admires their leadership and their strong work ethic, and she feels they demonstrate a winning and positive attitude.

When Jessie isn’t at the rink, she enjoys playing different sports, being outside, learning the guitar. and enjoys simply spending time with family and friends

Jessie is excited to be part of the DW Junior Lightning team. e wants to add to her hockey knowledge through the different experiences and challenges playing hockey at junior will bring. She feels she contributes positive energy to the team on and off the ice. She hopes to bring skills and leadership abilities to the team. Jessie looks forward to getting to know her teammates and the coaching staff while challenging herself to become a better hockey player.
