Her teammates, coaches and parents inspire Abby. Abby’s teammates inspire her with their drive and determination. They constantly challenge her in practice and help her to improve her overall game. Abby believes her coaches have inspired her throughout the years with positive and constructive feedback, always helping her be the best version of herself. Abby credits her parents for teaching me that anything worth having requires hard work, sacrifice and commitment.
When not playing hockey, Abby will hang out with friends and family or play high school sports like basketball and soccer.
Abby is excited to play with DW Junior Lightning. She sees the team as a group of elite athletes working towards the common goal of being the best team each time the team steps on the ice. Abby believes DW Junior Lightning is a team that will compete hard in every game and have a lot of success! She feels she will bring a lot of passion, a positive attitude, an excellent defensive presence, and some offensive contribution to the team.
