Program Mission

To develop WORLD-CLASS athletes who can succeed at the highest level in academics and athletics at the post-secondary level while pursuing winning the OWHL and Provincial Championships.  

Our philosophy is 4 for 40. The next four years of post-secondary education will form the basis for each student-athlete’s career for the next 40 years.

Program Goals

1. 100% placement of our athletes playing at the NCAA/USports level while pursuing the degree of their choice.

2. Provide an educational context for acquiring valuable life skills by focusing on relationships, team building, and involving athletes in decision-making.

3. Continually place in the OWHL Top 4 and annually compete for the OWHL U22AA Elite and Provincial Championships.
